Who can use our services.
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you represent a company, organization or another individual, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any instructions, materials and content you provide to us are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them.
Every great project starts somewhere.
Submitting an inquiry through our website, email or other communication channels does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project.
We may review your requirements, discuss the scope, provide an estimated quotation and propose a suitable project approach.
Any proposal, estimate or quotation is subject to its stated validity period, scope, assumptions and conditions.
A project will generally be considered confirmed only after the relevant proposal or agreement is accepted and any required advance payment or onboarding formalities are completed.
Clear pricing. Clear expectations.
The pricing of our services depends on project complexity, functionality, design requirements, resources, third-party integrations and the agreed scope of work.
All applicable fees, payment schedules, taxes and additional charges will be communicated through the relevant quotation, proposal or invoice.
Project Advance
An advance payment may be required before work begins.
Milestone Payments
Larger projects may follow agreed milestone-based payment schedules.
Additional Work
Requests outside the approved scope may require additional charges.
Taxes & Charges
Applicable taxes and third-party charges may be billed separately where required.
Invoices are payable according to their stated due dates. Delayed payments may affect project timelines, delivery schedules or service continuation, subject to the applicable agreement.
Building something great together.
We aim to deliver projects according to the approved scope, agreed specifications and estimated timelines.
Project schedules may depend on timely client feedback, approvals, content submission, access credentials, payments and other required information.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, scope changes, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.
We may recommend technical or functional changes where necessary to improve performance, security, compatibility or project feasibility. Any material changes to scope will be discussed with the client.
Getting the details right.
We value feedback and aim to ensure that the final deliverables align with the approved project requirements.
The number of revisions, revision process and approval stages will be determined by the relevant proposal or service agreement.
A revision generally refers to a reasonable adjustment within the originally agreed scope. A new feature, major redesign, additional page, functionality change or new requirement may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may require revised pricing, resources and delivery timelines. We will communicate such changes before proceeding.
Who owns what we create.
Intellectual property rights in project deliverables, source code, designs, branding materials and other creative work will be governed by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership or transfer of rights in specifically commissioned final deliverables may be subject to receipt of all agreed payments.
Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, libraries, development methods, templates and proprietary materials belonging to Skymore IT Solutions or third parties remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms.
Third-party fonts, plugins, software, stock images, open-source libraries and other licensed materials remain subject to the applicable third-party licenses.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content, branding or proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for materials supplied to us.
Our partnership works both ways.
A successful project requires cooperation between both parties. As a client, you agree to:
Provide Information
Supply accurate content, project details, branding materials and required documentation.
Give Feedback
Review deliverables and provide feedback or approvals within reasonable timeframes.
Secure Access
Provide necessary hosting, domain, platform or account access through appropriate channels.
Respect Payments
Make payments according to the agreed proposal, milestones and invoices.
Legal Compliance
Ensure that your products, services and supplied content comply with applicable laws.
Responsible Use
Use delivered solutions for lawful purposes and avoid misuse or unauthorized activities.
Services beyond our control.
Some projects may involve external services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, software platforms, plugins and analytics tools.
These third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, availability and pricing structures.
We are not responsible for independent changes, outages, suspensions, security incidents or policy decisions made by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
Any third-party subscription, license or recurring service fee will be handled according to the relevant project agreement.
After launch, what happens next?
Website maintenance, technical support, updates, hosting management and ongoing services are included only where expressly agreed in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing maintenance, content updates, new features, security monitoring and additional development may be charged separately.
Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate backups, secure account credentials and keep third-party software and subscriptions up to date.
Any warranty, bug-fixing period or post-delivery support commitment will be governed by the relevant project agreement.
When plans change.
If you wish to cancel a project or service, please submit your request in writing through our official communication channels.
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility and outstanding payment obligations will be determined by the applicable proposal, service agreement and relevant consumer protection laws.
Work already completed, resources committed, approved expenses and third-party costs may be considered when determining any amount payable or refundable, subject to applicable law.
Where a project is paused or discontinued due to non-payment or prolonged lack of client response, we may suspend work after providing reasonable notice.
Any refund or cancellation arrangement will be communicated in writing.
Please review the specific cancellation and payment terms in your project agreement before confirming an order.
Understanding our responsibilities.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable, professional and quality digital services. However, we do not guarantee that our website or services will always operate without interruption, errors or external dependencies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skymore IT Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by clients, unauthorized access caused by compromised client credentials, misuse of delivered solutions or independent third-party failures.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
When access or services may end.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, comply with applicable law or address misuse.
We may suspend or terminate a service relationship where there is a material breach of an applicable agreement, unlawful activity, non-payment or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.
Termination does not automatically remove payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, confidentiality obligations or other terms intended to survive termination.
The legal framework.
These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
If a dispute arises, both parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication and reasonable discussions.
Where an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute may be addressed through the appropriate legal process and competent courts, subject to applicable law and any valid written agreement between the parties.
Terms that evolve with us.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, website features or applicable legal requirements.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, additional notice or consent may be provided.
Your continued use of our website after updated terms become effective will be subject to applicable law and any required acceptance.
